Welcome to Aqua City Water Park & Resort. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Ticket Booking

All tickets must be booked through our official website or authorized counters. A valid ticket is required for entry into the park.

2. Entry Rules

• Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry without prior notice.
• Children must be accompanied by adults.

3. Safety Guidelines

• Follow all safety instructions displayed at rides.
• Guests must follow lifeguard instructions at all times.
• The park is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence.

4. Food & Beverages

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.
• Food court facilities are available inside the premises.

5. Locker & Personal Belongings

Locker facilities are available for rent. The management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Tickets once booked are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days as per our refund policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Misconduct, fighting, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Consumption of alcohol or drugs inside the park is not allowed.
• Any violation may result in removal without refund.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Aqua City Water Park & Resort shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused during the visit, except where required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
